Welcome to Kili Happy Tanzania Adventures. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. General Information Kili Happy Tanzania Adventures provides tour and travel services across Tanzania, including mountain climbing, safaris, cultural tours, and beach holidays. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payments A deposit of at least 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made through bank transfer or other approved methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds If you cancel your booking: More than 30 days before the trip: 75% refund 15–30 days before the trip: 50% refund Less than 15 days before the trip: no refund Refunds exclude bank charges and non-refundable deposits.

4. Changes by the Company We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Any major changes will be communicated promptly.

5. Travel Insurance Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal injury, loss of belongings, and trip cancellations.

6. Health and Safety It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for travel and adventure activities such as climbing or safaris. We may require a medical clearance for certain trips.

7. Liability Kili Happy Tanzania Adventures will not be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from natural disasters, accidents, illness, delays, or acts beyond our control. We ensure that all suppliers meet safety and quality standards.

8. Passports and Visas All travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. The company is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be settled in Tanzanian courts.
